‘We’ ‘Us’ ‘Our’ refers to Bartin (bartinofficial.com). Our cookie policy is designed to describe to you the user of “bartinofficial.com” how we use and process data, cookies and other similar technologies throughout our website. We may need to change our policy from time to time at which point it will be updated here. If you have any questions please reach out to us. For potential customers we keep your data for 3 years from your last interaction with us.

For current customers we keep your data as long as you have an account with us or as long as we deem necessary to follow up on orders or customer concerns or orders. This can be up to ten years at which point your information will be archived if there have been no interactions between you and Bartin.

We share information and data with some third parties. such as application and content providers, advertising platforms, networks and social media sites as well as marketing and advertising companies that work with us. We do not share data with platforms outside of the scope of work that we need to operate. These companies may use your information to provide you with targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. All data is strictly need to know and only accessible to those in the company responsible for processing particular and specific data when needed. Data passed to third parties is restricted to need to know as well. As much as we can protect your data at Bartin, when processing data over the internet there are dangers and we cannot be responsible for theft or damage of data or information while in transmission. Transmitting data over the internet is at your own risk. Once it reaches us it is then under our responsibility as per law.
